At Huggleberry Hill, each wallpaper is printed to order and carefully prepared before it begins its journey to your home.
We currently ship to the United States and the rest of the world.

Shipping Fees
Our wallpapers are produced by our trusted manufacturing partners in Europe and shipped via express courier.
- Free shipping on orders over $150
- $9.95 shipping on orders up to $149.99
Please note that free shipping applies once the order total reaches $150 after discounts.
Import Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties or local taxes may apply depending on the regulations of your country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are not included at checkout.
If you are unsure whether duties may apply, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
Order Processing
All Huggleberry Hill wallpapers are made to order.
Orders are typically processed and sent to production within 1–4 business days. During peak periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Each design is printed, inspected, and carefully packed before leaving our production facility.
Shipping & Delivery Times
Once shipped, orders are sent via express courier service.
Estimated delivery times:
- 2–5 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
All shipments include tracking, allowing you to follow your order as it travels to you.
Shipping Addresses
To ensure reliable delivery, we ship only to permanent residential or business addresses.
Unfortunately we cannot ship to:
- PO Boxes
- Hotels
- Temporary accommodation
These locations may result in delivery complications.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
This allows you to monitor your shipment and arrange delivery if necessary.
Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order appears delayed or has not arrived, please contact our Customer Care team at wecare@huggleberryhill.com.
Occasionally orders may be shipped in multiple packages. If an item has been omitted, we will arrange a replacement promptly.
If a shipment is marked lost or delayed by the carrier, we will work directly with them to locate the parcel. If it cannot be recovered within their investigation window, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.
Customs or Carrier Delays
Rarely, shipments may experience delays due to customs inspections or courier backlogs. These delays occur after dispatch and are outside of our control.
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after arriving at a carrier hub, we will escalate the matter with both the courier and our production partners and work with you to find the most appropriate resolution.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is made while you are unavailable, the courier will provide instructions for rescheduling delivery or arranging collection.
Your tracking number will allow you to manage delivery options directly with the courier.
Origin of shipment: All wallpaper orders are printed and shipped from our European production partners.
Tracking reassurance: Every order is fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.
