Returns & Refund Policy
At Huggleberry Hill, each wallpaper design is printed to order specifically for you. For this reason, orders are considered final once they have been placed.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations
Because our wallpapers are produced on demand and sent to production immediately after purchase, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed.
Returns & Refund Eligibility
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- change of mind
- color or pattern preference
- incorrect measurements or quantities ordered
- installation issues
- wall or surface suitability
To help ensure the right choice for your space, we strongly recommend ordering a sample before purchasing full panels.
Returns, replacements, or refunds are only offered in the following circumstances:
- your order arrives damaged in transit
- your order arrives faulty or defective
- you receive the incorrect product
Inspection Before Installation
Please inspect all wallpaper panels carefully before installation.
Do not cut or install the wallpaper if you believe there may be a defect, printing error, or incorrect item.
Once wallpaper has been cut, installed, or altered, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or refunded.
Huggleberry Hill cannot accept responsibility for installation costs, labor charges, or any expenses related to the installation or removal of wallpaper.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately before installation.
Dye Lot Variations
Due to the nature of wallpaper printing, minor color variations between print batches (known as dye lots) may occur.
To ensure color consistency across your wall, we recommend ordering all panels required for your project in a single order.
We cannot guarantee an exact color match between orders placed at different times.
Panels should also be installed in the order indicated on the labels to ensure proper pattern alignment and color consistency.
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

- your order number
- clear photographs showing the issue
- photographs of the packaging if the item was damaged during shipping
Our team will review your request and respond with the next steps.
Return Process
If a return is approved:
- Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging
- Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs duties
A $30 processing fee applies to approved exchanges, returns, or refunds.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Exchanges
If a claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement item to be produced and shipped.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, the payment will be issued to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Pre-Purchase Advice
Wallpaper appearance can vary depending on lighting conditions, wall texture, and installation technique.
To ensure the best outcome, we recommend:
- ordering and testing a sample before purchasing full panels
- reviewing our Installation & Care Guide prior to installation
Wallpaper seams may be visible depending on wall conditions and installation method. Testing samples first allows you to evaluate both color and texture within your own space.
Huggleberry Hill cannot accept responsibility for installation outcomes or wall surface suitability.
