Huggleberry Hill Wallpaper Shipping Guide
Our premium textile peel-and-stick wallpapers are produced by experts in Europe and shipped by courier for a speedier, safer delivery. All orders are processed and sent to production immediately. Production times are between 1-5 business days depending on the order quantity. Orders are then shipped by FedEx Rush to any of the destinations listed below. During the holiday season, production and shipping times may increase. Please note that the expected delivery times listed below are approximate and may vary slightly.

Custom Duties
As our wallpapers are shipped direct from the EU, orders to the following countries may be subject to customs duties:
- UK
- Canada
- Australia
Huggleberry Hill Returns Policy
Our Returns Policy is valid for up to 14 days after you have received your order. We are unable to process an exchange, return or refund beyond this time.
Order Cancellations
As our premium peel-and-stick wallpaper panels and sample packs are made-to-order and sent to production immediately after purchase, we do not offer cancellations and all sales are final.
Returns
As our premium peel-and-stick wallpaper panels and sample packs are made-to-order, we do not offer returns, except in the following instances:
- If your order is damaged during shipping
- If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered
Refunds
As our premium peel-and-stick wallpaper panels and sample packs are made-to-order, we only issue refunds in the unlikely event that your order is damaged during shipping. Refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Exchanges
As our premium peel-and-stick wallpaper panels and sample packs are made-to-order, we do not offer exchanges, except in the following instances:
- If your order is damaged during shipping
- If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered
Exchange of Items Received in Error
In the unlikely event that you receive items that are different from what you ordered, we will offer an exchange. Please contact us at wecare@huggleberryhill.com and provide your order number.
We will respond within normal working day hours (Mountain Time) in order to arrange the exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be returned to us unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
All items should be returned to us by a trackable shipping service to: Huggleberry Hill, 240 N. East Promontory, Suite 200, Farmington, Utah 84025, USA.
You must provide a tracking number to us by email so that we can follow the shipment. The customer is liable for all shipping costs and any customs duties involved in returning the items to us.
Exchange or Refund of Damaged Items
Your order is produced and shipped with the utmost care. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged during shipping, we will offer an exchange or a refund. Please contact us on wecare@huggleberryhill.com and provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage to the items. We will respond within normal working day hours (Mountain Time).
All damaged items should be returned to us by a trackable shipping service and in its original packaging to: Huggleberry Hill, 240 N. East Promontory, Suite 200, Farmington, Utah 84025, USA.
You must provide a tracking number to us by email so that we can follow the shipment. The customer is liable for all shipping costs and any customs duties involved in returning the damaged items to us.
Once we have received and inspected the items for damage during shipping, we will send an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.
If approved and you have opted for an exchange, we will contact you to create your new order, which will be processed and shipped as per our Shipping Policy.
If approved and you have opted for a refund, your refund will then be issued back to your original method of payment, within the standard amount of days as stated by your payment provider.
