Wallpaper Shipping FAQ
Where do you ship to?
At Huggleberry Hill, we're thrilled to offer shipping to a range of destinations, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe.
While local import duties and taxes might not show up at checkout, they could be added upon delivery so please check these for your country of residence. Don't hesitate to contact us at wecare@huggleberryhill.com if you have any questions about possible charges before making your purchase.
To ensure your order reaches you smoothly, we deliver only to permanent residential or business addresses. Unfortunately, we can't deliver to PO Boxes. We also recommend against shipping to hotels or temporary residences to avoid any potential hiccups in transit.
Do you offer free shipping?
You can enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $75 or more.
For orders of $30 - $74.99 a shipping charge of $10 will apply. For small orders under $30, a shipping charge of $18 will apply.
Please Note: In order to qualify for free shipping, a total spend of $75 must be reached, even after any discounts are applied.
Why is the shipping cost higher for orders under $75?
Our products are crafted with care by our expert production partners in Europe, who we have meticulously researched as being one of the foremost manufacturers of top-quality, eco-conscious and non-toxic wallpaper.
For wallpaper orders under $75, a subsidized shipping fee applies to help cover the cost of priority courier services from our trusted production partners in Europe. We strive to offer the most competitive shipping rates while maintaining high-quality delivery standards, ensuring your order arrives quickly and in perfect condition.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders are processed and sent to production immediately. We aim to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days, however this may increase during peak and holiday times.
General production times are between 1-2 business days depending on order quantities, plus 2-5 days for delivery. Orders are then shipped by our designated carrier to ensure a faster, more secure delivery.
Please note that the expected delivery times are approximate and may vary based in your location.
How is my order shipped?
We value your time and safety, which is why we utilize FedEx Rush for shipping all wallpaper and sample orders.
Each order is accompanied by tracking, allowing you to monitor its progress every step of the way.
Please keep in mind that Huggleberry Hill wallpapers are made-to-order, so kindly allow us 5 to 10 days from order to delivery for production and shipping time.
Will I be notified that my order has shipped?
After your wallpaper order is confirmed via email, it undergoes processing by our manufacturers in Europe. Each item is carefully printed, inspected, and securely enclosed in a shipping box. Once prepared and collected for dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Keep an eye on your inbox for updates!
What if my order is missing?
In the event of a missing order, please reach out to our Customer Care Team.
Sometimes, orders are shipped in multiple boxes if they don't fit in one. Kindly email images of the received items. If an item has been inadvertently omitted from your order, we'll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent.
If an item is marked as 'delayed' or 'lost' by our shipping partners, we will work with them to retrieve the item within their allotted retrieval window. If they are unable to retrieve the item, we'll promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent.
What if I miss my delivery?
If you haven't authorized leaving your order at your address and you're not available during delivery, simply get in touch with the courier service to schedule a redelivery. Rest assured, a tracking number will be automatically sent after purchase to allow easy tracking and rearranging deliveries.

Can I cancel my wallpaper order?
As all our wallpaper panels and samples are made-to-order and automatically sent to production immediately after purchase, we do not offer cancellations and all sales are final.
Please review our Returns Policy before your purchase.
Can I exchange my wallpaper order?
As all our wallpaper panels and samples are made-to-order and automatically sent to production immediately after purchase, we do not offer exchanges, except in the following instances:
- If your order is damaged during shipping, or
- If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered, or
- If your order is faulty
Requests for exchanges should be communicated within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Please note that purchases of wallpaper samples are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Can I return my wallpaper order?

Can I get a refund if I purchased full panels without testing a sample first and now I'm encountering issues?
In order to ensure the aesthetic and technical suitability of our wallpaper on the customer's wall/surface, we strongly advise that samples are purchased and tested prior to committing to purchasing full panels.
Our wallpaper is quality checked during both the printing process and packing process to ensure that you receive your wallpaper without flaws and in perfect condition. In the event that you encounter any issues, please contact us in writing at wecare@huggleberryhill.com. Our friendly team will be happy to assist with your query.
Huggleberry Hill is not responsible for the installation or removal of our wallpaper on any wall or surface, as we cannot ensure individual suitability or proper installation. Therefore, we cannot offer a refund in this case.

Can I get a refund if my wallpaper arrives damaged?
Refunds are issued under the following conditions:
- If your order is damaged during shipping and you wish not to exchange it, or
- If you have received an item that is different to what you ordered and you wish not to exchange it
- If your order is faulty
As all our wallpaper is printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for items that were measured for incorrectly, or for a change of mind.
Your order is produced and shipped with the utmost care. Quality checks are carried out before packing and shipping. In the unlikely event that an order is damaged during shipping, we will offer an exchange or a refund.
Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds should be communicated within 14 days of receiving your order.
All refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for your order placement. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, typically ranging from 2 to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. How do I return an item?
To initiate a return, kindly inform us of your intention in writing, accompanied by photographic evidence of any damage or incorrect items received, in accordance with our Returns Policy. Please send your request to wecare@huggleberryhill.com. We will then guide you through the process.
Requests for exchanges, returns, or refunds should be communicated within 14 days of receiving your order, with the items returned in their original condition. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, along with a $30 processing fee.
