How long will it take me to receive my order?
Once your order is placed through our website, it is sent immediately to production with our expert partners in Europe.
Once printed, your order is quality checked and then dispatched by our shipping partner. We aim for delivery of all orders within 4 - 7 business days.
Please note that delivery times may increase during the public holidays. Please check our Shipping and Returns Policy for full details of the countries we ship to and expected delivery times.
Can I track my order?
Once the order is shipped, you will be notified via email with a link and a tracking number, enabling you to monitor the progress of your shipment all the way to your door.
I need some help with my order. What can I do?

Can I cancel my order?
As our peel-and-stick wallpaper is made-to-order and automatically sent to production immediately after purchase, we do not offer cancellations and all sales are final.

what if my order is late?
If your order is late or missing, please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible.
We’ll help track your order with our shipping partner and provide an update on its status.
In the rare case that your order is lost, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, send an immediate replacement.
We're here to ensure you receive your wallpaper promptly and in perfect condition!
Can I return or exchange my order?
As our peel-and-stick wallpaper is made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges, except in the following instances:
- If your order is faulty
- If you have received a product that is different to what you ordered
